Recently coming into the Roofing Industry, I specialize in insurance claims and repair cycle. I thrive in the ability to help protect our customers most valuable asset, their home. As a Home Owner, I know it can be hard to know who to trust with this process. Over the last 14 years I have built up a Network of Professionals, Colleagues and Close Friends that will tell everyone that I will always speak from the Heart and keep your best interest First and Foremost.

Hey folks, my name is Shawn one of the newest members of the Tom Drake Roofing Company, I have spent most of my life in sales and recently come from the RV business to join Mr. Drake and his efforts to provide an unprecedented level of service to our community within the roofing business. I bring to the team a varied background in sales and finance as well as commercial real estate. My passion for staying in shape Allows  me to enjoy my top two hobbies of snow skiing and dirtbike riding. With this busy lifestyle I still find it important to spend time with my family as well as our two dogs and being able to extend my efforts into the community and have more of a role  with my newfound position.

Over the years, I have been a man of many trades. From heavy diesel, the oil and gas industry, to sales. Recently I have found a new home in roofing sales. I find there are too many people who are not protecting their most valuable asset, their home! I am married to the most beautiful woman, Melanie, and have a little boy named Kayce. Being a home owner myself, I understand the value of a hard earned dollar, protecting your family from the elements, and having faith in the ones who work on it for you. 

Hey there! Hows’s everyone doing?! My name is Tom Drake and I believe in roofing. I came to this industry in 2017 as I was recruited  from the fitness industry. I formerly managed LA Fitness locations in the Detroit Metro area and completed my exercise physiology coursework at Western Michigan University. We support academics and athletics as I formerly played NCAA football at Grand Valley State. My hobbies include lifting weights, music and mob movies. My passion is working on high end residential estates here in the DFW area. My beautiful wife, Renata, is from Brazil and we have a pomeranian named Domino who is our best little friend in the world.

For 20 years I have been passionately helping people by providing unmatched customer service. I am a professional solution provider willing to go above and beyond the normal scope of work. 

I am a child of God, Husband to my wife Tram, Father to Ava and Gideon, and an Ultra-Marathon runner. 

It is my honor to walk homeowners through the insurance process and help them restore their magnificent homes back to pre-storm conditions. 

As a Project Manager with The Tom Drake Roofing Company, I take pride in helping homeowners protect what matters most—their families and their homes. With over 20 years of leadership experience, I’ve learned the importance of hard work, integrity, and treating people with respect.

I’m passionate about guiding my clients through every step of the roofing process, from detailed inspections to navigating insurance claims. My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while delivering top-quality results.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father, grandfather, and family man who loves spending time outdoors, coaching youth sports, and giving back to my community. My faith and my desire to uplift others inspire me to approach life and work with purpose.

Hello! I'm Catherine Johnson, Supplement Manager at The Tom Drake Roofing Company. With over a decade of experience in the insurance billing industry, I possess expertise in customer service and mediation for claims and supplement denials. My primary responsibility is to facilitate seamless communication between our customers, Project Managers, and insurance companies, ensuring timely approvals. As a licensed personal lines insurance agent, I am committed to advocating for our customers' best interests. I am dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive the compensation they deserve from their insurance providers. Outside of work, I cherish time spent with my husband, Mikel, our daughters, Gwynith and Alexandria, our new grandson, Luka, and our two French Bulldogs, Waffles and Althea.
